1. Terms of Membership

1.1        Once you have become a financial member of RK POD – My Favourite Run (“Member”) you will be added to our RK POD – My Favourite Run Closed Group on Facebook (“the Facebook Group).

1.2        You will receive an RK POD Membership Card which is valid while you are a financial Member.

1.3        Annual memberships last for one year from the date you join and will automatically be renewed unless cancelled by the Member before the end of the membership term.

1.4        You agree to abide by our Code of Behaviour found on our website or in our Facebook Group.

1.5        All Members will receive an RK POD Membership Card which is valid whilst you are a Member of RK POD.  A Membership Card will be issued once you are a financial Member and will be returned to the Directors of RK POD if you cancel your membership or your membership is cancelled for any reason.  Your Membership Card entitles you to receive a number of benefits from our various partners.  For benefits available to you please refer to our List of Partners on our website or Facebook Group.

1.6        Discounts provided by our Partners are for the sole and exclusive use of RK POD Members and will not be shared with others.  Failure to comply will result in removal from RK POD.

1.7        All Intellectual Property (i.e. programs etc) published by Ross Kingsley and/or RK POD is to remain strictly private and confidential and for the sole use and benefit of RK POD members.  This includes but is not limited to Facebook, Messenger, Email and website.  Under no circumstance is it to be shared with anyone in any way.  Failure to comply will result in removal from RK POD.

  1. QRUN

2.1        It is compulsory for all Members to hold insurance with Qrun and to renew your insurance yearly.  See www.qrun.com.au for details of your insurance.

  1. Cancellation & Refunds

3.1        Membership with RK POD may be cancelled at any time by a Member by giving one month’s notice in writing by email to admin@rkpod.com.au.

3.2        No refunds will be given for any reason whatsoever, including for missed sessions during your membership period.

3.3        If your membership is cancelled at any time and for any reason, you will be removed from the Facebook Group.

3.4        Directors of RK POD may cancel your membership at any time as they see fit and immediately remove you from the Facebook Group.

3.5        Your RK POD Membership Card MUST be returned to the Directors of RK POD as close as practicable to the time of your giving notice in writing of cancellation.

  1. Training days

4.1        Training days and times are published on the Facebook Group each evening for the following morning.  Training times and meeting places are also liable to changes at any time.  All                Members are required to access the Facebook Group to discover any changes of day, time or location for any activities.

  1. All Memberships to RK POD are subject to availability

5.1      We will endeavour to accommodate all membership requests but anyone interested in joining RK POD should first contact us at admin@rkpod.com.au or through our website or Facebook page before making any payment in respect of your membership.  This applies to membership and casual sessions.

  1. Digital and Social Media Platforms

6.1      All Members hereby acknowledge and agree that RK POD participates in social media outlets such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google+, etc. Through these mediums, RK POD share Member pictures, club updates and other helpful information that may benefit its Members. You hereby authorise RK POD to use your photos and/or information related to your experiences with RK POD. You understand this information may be shared through various digital and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and RK POD’s website, and email communications.

  1. Release & Waiver

7.1      By becoming a Member of RK POD you confirm you are of good health & injury free and you agree to the Release & Waiver, the Terms & Conditions and the Code of Conduct and Behaviour.

  1. Suspensions/Revocations

8.2        The Directors of RK POD reserve the right to suspend and/or revoke a membership for any reason.
