

About RK POD
RK POD provides friendship, support, and a variety of training opportunities for runners of all ages, abilities, and goals.
If you are new to running, joining our group will put you in contact with experienced runners who will help you train effectively and safely.
If you are a competitive runner, you will benefit from the camaraderie of like-minded racers and will have the opportunity to participate
in a range of marathons and events. Our group sets attainable goals for everyone, by rewarding both competitive success and consistent participation.
Our running activities include weekly group training runs, and encourage participation in a variety of events both as a group or individually. We keep our members informed of forthcoming events, race results, and member accomplishments through our Facebook page email updates, and postings on the club website, rkpod.com.au.
We don’t forget the social side of running, with post-race get-togethers at local restaurants and cafes.
Whether you run 3 minute k’s or 5 hour marathons. . . whether you are training for your first 5-K or for a full Marathon. . . we can help you achieve your goals and make new friends.
